RSL&A works  with early stage entrepreneurs and small & mid-size enterprises in the Creative Industries* to plan, launch, grow and succeed.  This includes strategic planning, new product/service ideation, researching competitors and platforms, creating or refining business plans, building pricing and distribution models, as well as planning and logistical management for international workshops. We have particular expertise in working with Chinese partners.

Robert Lyons brings 25+ years of digital media, strategic management, and business analysis to bear in surfacing, defining and solving  business problems in the Creative Industries.  Along with an international network of subject experts, we will help you succeed, whether high-level strategic thinking, researching problems or hands-on project management.

Robert Lyons, MBA

Research, business plan development and analysis

Lyons teaches as Associate Professor at Berklee College of Music, Affiliated Faculty at Emerson College, was  Executive Professor at Northeastern University,  and until  2012 was the Director of New Media for Radio and TV at WGBH, Boston a major producer of content for public media in the US. He was an award winning Executive Producer for NPR and PBS projects and has two decades experience in strategic planning, early stage  business  research and development, digital music industry, public media,  radio and emerging music markets.

Mark Kennedy, MBA
Strategic planning and communications

Mark has over 20 years experience in long-term business strategy development for clients including Fortune Brands, Procter & Gamble, 3M, Moen, IBM Research, Schott Glas, Carl Zeiss, Hewlett-Packard Cardiology Products Division and Siemens. He an adjunct professor in the Masters program of Organizational and Professional Communication at Regis College as well as the Masters of Communications Management programs at Simmons and Stonehill Colleges.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Professor and former Chair of the Music Department at Northeastern University in Boston (2003-2015), with courtesy appointments in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Group . De Ritis presents workshops on design thinking at the Communication University of China and Tsinghua University’s xLab (in its School of Economics and Management)
